Buy this Hebesu Sembei (rice cracker)

This thin-baked Western-style rice cracker is the first product developed jointly by four tourist stations in Hyuga City (Michi-no-Eki Togo, Michi-no-Eki Hyuga, Umi-no-Eki Hososhima, and Machino-no-Eki Tomitaka). By chopping and kneading the peel of Hyuga's specialty citrus fruit, hebesu, into the dough, the crackers have a light, crispy texture and a moderate sweetness that is followed by a refreshing sour citrus taste. The secret ingredient is "makimizu miso" made from 100% local soybeans, which adds depth to the flavor. 10 pieces for 350 yen.
