The Ashikita region's agricultural product Ashikita Beef, as well as other agricultural and marine products from within and outside of the prefecture, are on display. Among the specialties are dekopon (dekopon is a Japanese citrus fruit). The Ashikita area also produces amanatsu (sweet summer) and mandarin oranges, which are sold in jellies, puddings, and canned goods at the product store. Dressing made from the local specialty, salad onions, is also popular. Don't miss the cheap and tasty processed products (sekihan (red rice), side dishes, steamed buns, etc.) and Ashikita beef menchikatsu and croquettes, which are local brand beef. At the adjacent barbeque restaurant, you can taste Ashikita beef and Rindo pork. There is also a sightseeing farm where visitors can pick strawberries.

The "Yakiniku Restaurant Gyu-Gyu-Tei" attached to the roadside station serves local brand "Ashikita Beef. The roadside station's original products are "Dekopon Jelly" (292 yen per piece) and "Kumamoto Dekopon Jelly" (240 yen per piece). The juicy taste of the fruit is packed in the jelly along with the pulp. The smooth texture, refreshing acidity, and sweetness are irresistible. Like "Roadside Station Minamata", "Saratama-chan", a salad onion that can be eaten raw and delicious, is the brand vegetable of this area. A popular processed product using this Saratama-chan is "Saratama-chan Dressing. There are three types: a type containing 25% or more Saratama-chan paste (red), a type containing 35% or more (white), and a sesame-flavored type. In addition to salads, Saratama-chan Dressing can also be used as a sauce for yakiniku (grilled meat) and shabushabu (shabu-shabu).
