　Chinese Restaurant Ajisai is located in front of Children's Wakuwaku Park, where families can have fun together. It is run by a married couple, the owners of which were in charge of Chinese cuisine at a wedding hall for many years. The chanpon (800 yen), which is a dish of chanpon, has a light and elegant flavor that makes you want to drink up every last drop of the soup, even though you might expect it to be the Chikuho area's typical cottage-soup. The crunchy texture of the vegetables in the bowl is perfectly balanced with the smooth noodles, and you are sure to finish the dish in one go.

The "Sundubu Ramen" (1,078 yen) is made by adding ramen noodles to Sundubu jjigae, a spicy broth made from tofu prepared by a local tofu store using water from the Eikosan mountain system. The spicy broth is served in a stone pot, and the steamy, rich soup is followed by the spiciness of the tofu. The only ingredient is simply tofu, which the owner's mother, a native of Jeju Island in South Korea, has passed down to him.
