Kaho Beef, a local product

The station is focusing on sales of "Kaho Beef," a local brand of beef. Kaho Beef has won the "Gold Award" at a meat fair in the western Japan area. Kaho Beef has a light fat and sweet taste due to the addition of molasses to its feed. The tenderness of the lean meat stands out, and it is still tender even after reheating cold sukiyaki. Kaho beef is a brand not to be underestimated. It is fun to make such discoveries at a roadside station.
