Even at small-scale roadside stations
Well-rounded on the inside

The new Michi-no-Eki Tsujunbashi is not different in size from the old Michi-no-Eki Tsujunbashi, being a small-scale roadside station with a product hall covering an area of 283 m2. However, the center is unique in that it offers a lineup of agricultural products centered on local organic vegetables, as well as products specializing in gibier (wild game). The roadside station's original limited edition products include "wild boar chili pepper miso" and "deer sansho miso" (870 yen each, tax included), and wild boar and deer sausages (518 yen each, tax included) from "Ghibier Kobo Yamato," which are also sold at "Roadside Station Seiwa Bunrakuchi-eup. The "Ooruri" (Japanese bird), named after the town's bird, was named by a student at the local Yabe High School. The store also sells jam made at the school.

Making the most of Japanese and Western collaborations Ghibier Special

The restaurant's name "Arch" was also named after a Yabe High School student. It is named after the "arch" of the Tsujunkyo Bridge. Gibier is also a main attraction here. The "gibier special" (2,700 yen including tax) is served by an Italian chef with the advice of a high-class Japanese kappo chef. The wild boar meat is arranged in the porchetta style of Italian cuisine. The meat is rubbed with garlic and herbs, rolled and roasted. The venison roast is a recipe from a high-end Japanese restaurant. It is accompanied by roast duck cooked at low temperature. The sauces are salsa verde, salsa rosa, and onion sauce to taste. The accompanying sautéed local organic vegetables also show the importance of the flavor of the ingredients. Rice, miso soup, a small bowl of cooked rice, and a salad are enough to satisfy your appetite.
The menu also includes "Akagyu Curry Set" (1,350 yen including tax), "Jersey Dice Steak" (2,600 yen including tax), and "Neapolitan" (1,050 yen including tax for single item, 1,250 yen including tax for set). Last order for lunch is at 3:00 p.m., and after that it is café time until last order at 5:00 p.m.
