Celebrating 25th Anniversary! The long-awaited reopening of "Roadside Station Ukiha" on 5/16 (Fri.)

Michi no Eki Ukiha," one of the most popular roadside stations in Fukuoka Prefecture, will celebrate its 25th anniversary and reopen on May 16, 2025 (Friday).

The roadside station is loved by a wide range of people, both locals and tourists from far and wide, as it offers a wide variety of seasonal fruits and freshly picked local foods throughout the year. Original products incorporating Ukiha City characters and a restaurant are also popular, and the elevated location provides a good view of the city.
In the summer of 2023, "Fairfield by Marriott Fukuoka Ukiha" will open, and this roadside station is attracting more and more attention as a relaxing spot where visitors can forget the hustle and bustle of the city and relax in the rich natural environment.
As the store celebrates its 25th anniversary, the inside of the product store will be completely renovated to create a new and attractive sales area. Special giveaways and events are planned for the reopening.

*Temporary closure for four days from Monday, May 12 to Thursday, May 15, 2025, prior to the reopening.
*The reopening of the restaurant is scheduled for late July.
