This is not just any sweetener. It is the very essence of "Flower Drops," distilled from Kyushu's abundant nature and four seasons—spring's red clover and cherry blossoms, summer's mikan oranges and chestnuts.
Our commitment lies in "full ripeness" and "non-heated"
Many commercially available honeys lose their aroma and nutrients through heat processing. However, at Kyushu Bee Larvae Headquarters, we strictly adhere to "unheated" practices. We patiently wait until the honeybees naturally evaporate moisture within the hive and concentrate the sugar content to a "fully matured" state before harvesting.
Furthermore, every step up to bottling is done entirely by hand by our artisans. Because no heating is applied whatsoever, the honey's natural enzymes, vitamins, and the delicate floral aromas of each flower remain fully intact. The reason "one spoonful brings happiness" lies in this meticulous handcrafted process.
